Lactation Boosting Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick oats

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 3 tbsp. brewers yeast

  • ½ cup of hemp hearts

  • ⅓ cup honey

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • ⅓ cup toasted coconut, crushed

  • ½ cup cocao nibs

Instructions:

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl (except the cocao nibs), once well combined, fold in the cocao nibs.

  • Roll the mixture into balls (you can decide the size) and place in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

  • Enjoy now or freeze balls for later!
